Delivery Time (7–14 Business Days)

This stage covers the full transportation process from our international logistics center to your delivery address. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners, customs authorities, local postal services, or any other external factors outside of our direct control. During busy periods — including holidays, sale events, and peak seasons — both processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active.

Right of Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• the product has not been used
• it shows no signs of wear or damage
• all original tags and packaging are intact
• the product is returned in the same condition as received
• a valid tracking number is provided for the return shipment

All returns must be approved in writing by our customer support team before being sent back. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Defective Products

Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, with the order number, a clear description of the defect, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, the name of the product ordered, the name of the product received, and clear photos of the received item.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is made for personal reasons (change of mind, ordering error, incorrect size, etc.), the return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as they are immediately transmitted to our logistics processing system.
